Shipping Timelines

We aim to ship all orders within three working days of receipt of order and associated payment.  

In case of any items being out of stock we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to receive the items currently in stock with the remaining items following on, cancel the out of stock items or another option agreeable to all parties.

In case of an order being urgently required, we suggest you contact us to advise us of your required delivery date to ensure we can meet this.

Delivery Method

You have the option to select your preferred delivery method at check out.

We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery as this insures packages up to the value of £500 and offers next day delivery.  

If you select a standard service, we cannot be responsible for the loss of any packages in transit and any subsequent claims against Royal Mail will need to be made by yourselves.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your products as we are committed to offering our customers the best value products and service available. However, if there is a problem with your order, we request you notify us within 14 days so we may advise you of the necessary steps before returning the products.

Please note, due to health protection or hygiene reasons under the Consumer Contracts Regulation section 28(3)(a) many of our products will be delivered in a sealed package, which, once opened, means they are not eligible for return/refund (unless faulty).

All such items will be delivered in a clear, sealed bag.  Please check the items carefully before opening the package as we cannot accept any returns once the seal or bag is broken.

If you feel the products you received are faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to work with you to replace or otherwise rectify the issue.

Unless faulty, to be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you return items, we recommend that they are securely packaged and that you include the original dispatch note with the returned items clearly marked.  We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit so we suggest you use a suitable traceable delivery service with a suitable level of insurance for the items you return.

Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All returns need to be received by us within 14 days of you advising us you with to make a return.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the date we receive your returned goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition).  Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
