Shipping Timelines

We aim to ship all orders within three working days of receipt of order and associated payment.  

  

Delivery to UK addresses

Our recommended delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This option offers compensation cover up to £500 and offers next day delivery.

 

UK customers may also opt for Royal Mail's First Class delivery service with their products insured for up to £50. Royal Mail says this service aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

 

Delivery to Spain

We offer one delivery option to our Spanish-based customers.

 

Our preferred postal partner for Spanish customers is Royal Mail, which aims to deliver its tracked services to Spain within 3-5 working days.

 

Delivery elsewhere in Europe

We currently offer an overseas shipping option at checkout to Spanish customers only. Please get in touch if you live elsewhere in Europe and would like to buy from us.

 

Stock Updates

In case of any items being out of stock we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to receive the items currently in stock with the remaining items following on, cancel the out of stock items or another option agreeable to all parties.

 

Urgent orders

In case of an order being urgently required, we suggest you contact us to advise us of your required delivery date to ensure we can meet this.
