Uses

Blueprint your design by adding purple dots to the outside edge of your pre-drawn eyebrow design. Allow to dry for 3 minutes before beginning work for the longest lasting results. Removes best with a 5 minute soak of RecoverAll or BlockAid anesthetic.

Application

Use with semi-permanent make-up pigments.
