Uses

You can blend Tempting Teal with Blue Lagoon, Jade Granite, or Irish Moss (50/50) to get fabulous colours for smudgy effects. Adding Black Orchid to Tempting Teal will subdue the colour a little as well.

Application

Use with semi-permanent make-up needles and hand tools.
